The fashion industry did not lag behind, and there is a new fight for becoming the most followed or liked,\u00a0<strong>becoming a Trending Topic (TT) or making an image go viral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>But what have been the\u00a0<strong>most influential fashion campaigns\u00a0<\/strong>in social networks?<\/p>\n<h2>#CastMeMarc<\/h2>\n<p>One of the most successful has been <strong>Marc Jacobs, who promoted a models casting through Instagram<\/strong>. Using the\u00a0hashtag <strong>#CastMeMarc,<\/strong>\u00a0thousands of candidates started to upload their own pictures, reaching over 110,000 publications. The campaign was made by anonymous people that catched the attention of the director.<\/p>\n<p>This idea made possible to add up the success it had on social networks and the interest of youngsters to appear on them. In the beginning of 2015 Justin Bieber promoted their clothes.<\/p>\n<p>It was so popular\u00a0that the company became worldwide Trending Topic and <strong>three million followers were added to his Instagram&#8217;s account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>But it was not going to be that easy.
