“I can’t share stories.” It’s one of the most tragic phrases of this year, and it stalks groups of friends from all over the world. But don’t worry, because with this post we are going to solve it ????<\/span><\/p>\n

How to share stories on Instagram<\/span><\/h2>\n

To share a story in which you have been mentioned, you must follow this process.<\/span><\/p>\n

1 – In a story, use the mention sticker or directly type “@tunombre”. Several suggestions will appear, in which you will have to choose the profile you want.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 – Publish it in “Your story”.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 – In the direct messages of the mentioned person will notify them that they have been mentioned.<\/span><\/p>\n

4 – In that KO you will have the option to share in your story!<\/span><\/p>\n

Just like that? Not at all, because it does not always appear in your messages, or it is not possible to share it. Let’s look at other solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Activate “Allow sharing” in Instagram<\/span><\/h2>\n

The most typical reason is that the person who publishes the original story has not allowed their followers to share.<\/span><\/p>\n

To mark it, go to your profile -> Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Story Controls -> Shared Content.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hide your stories to contacts<\/span><\/h3>\n

Choose your list of best friends to show stories only to them. <\/span>Choose who can respond to your stories (for top influencers) , <\/span>Save the publications in the archive or gallery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shared content.<\/span><\/h3>\n

In the latter is where you have to check the box to make it blue. In other words, your contacts can share your stories if you mention them. <\/span>Other reasons why you can’t share Instagram stories<\/span><\/p>\n

Private account in Instagram<\/span><\/h3>\n

Even if they have allowed sharing in their settings, it is not possible to share user stories with private accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n
