4. How will we use your personal information? What services do we provide?

Internet República is responsible for the processing of personal data (pursuant to Art. 4.7 of the GDPR) for all purposes.

These purposes are:

We are committed to keeping your information secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, we have taken the appropriate technical and physical measures, in addition to enforcing management processes to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.

9. Minors

Children under 13 may not use the services available through the Website without prior authorization from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be solely responsible for all acts performed through the Website by minors under their care, including filling out forms with the personal data of said minors and checking the relevant boxes, where applicable. In this regard, and to the extent that Internet República does not have the capacity to check whether users are minors, parents and guardians must set up the necessary mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the Website and/or providing personal data without their supervision.
